Families were always great. If you love kids it’s a great job (if you don’t, don’t sign up to work with them)
Cons
Scheduling is terrible. Unorganized and often times may have to commute. Hard to fill out your schedule to be full time. (Don’t be afraid to turn down jobs that are offered if they’re too far)
