Pros

The ability to make my own schedule (within my clients' hours), the flexibility to provide services via telehealth or in-person as appropriate, company-provided laptop. Access to continuing Ed stipend and database of asynchronous CEU database.

Cons

Many challenges after change in ceo/ownership in early 2022: poor communication from leadership, overly complicated processes for session cancelations, below industry average number of paid holidays, below industry average yearly vacation accrual caps, below industry average sick time, below industry average 401k match. No mileage reimbursement for driving to in-home clients 20+ miles from clinic. Low hourly rate for RBT training and meetings, arbitrarily low monthly cap on RBT admin time makes support supervisor meetings and clinical team meetings difficult to schedule. No RBT compensation for en-route client cancelations and no-shows. Higher than industry standard RBT turnover. With a downsized scheduling department, there is an unrealistic and unsustainable need for supervisors to be "on call" from 7am until 6pm to manage RBT call-outs and client cancelations.
