Behavior Tech at Kadiant - Associate Behavior Therapist Kadiant Employee Review

Kadiant is a great company! When I was looking for companies that were flexible with my schedule, other companies were not as accommodating but Kadiant was very accepting. On top of that, the community is very welcoming. It was my first time going through the process of becoming an RBT and there are multiple people who reach out and become your cheerleader. They walk you through everything, which made the process so easy. My supervisor is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and not only is she nice, but she gives me feedback that continuously help me grow.
