Kadlec is a great company to work for with amazing benefits. You receive a 750$ HSA card for each dependent on your insurance plan. Absolutely amazing the difference in healthcare you make with the patients, with room to grow to better yourself as a technician.
Cons
Toxic work environment, zero accountability, favoritism within management. The shifts are all variable, you will get thrown evenings to mids, to early AM's working every other weekend. PTO first comes first serve and only one person on your weekend allowed to be out at a time. If they are short staffed, you will be denied your PT. Racist and you will not thrive if you have any sort of accent. Be prepared to be belittled if English is not your first language.
