Pros

Depending on the property’s owner you can earn high commissions and bonus.

Cons

Lack of company culture and low morale. Poor benefits as compared to other management companies in Austin. Poor training and education. Inconsistency with company policies and procedures. No structure or organization. Intimidating, bullying, and retaliation are just a few things I experienced from a Manager while working for this company. There is favoritism. High turnover as employees rather leave the toxic work environment because those who speak up are retaliated against. Lack of encouraging civil behaviors. Overall, I honestly wouldn’t recommend this company to an experienced employee in this industry. If you are new to the industry I think you would fit in because they will take advantage of the fact that you lack experience and knowledge to even voice concerns or fear to. The companies main focus is the investors and partners not the employees. The owners of each property only care about their profits and not the companies vision to encourage culture. Even if they established culture within the corporate employees it will be very difficult to include onsite employees because the owners ultimately make those decisions. If you do join this company be mindful of who the owner is and who your manager is get to know them and see if it is a good fit

- Highly collaborative onsite team environment where everyone genuinely supports one another. - Beautiful, top-tier luxury property assets that make building value with prospects easy. - Excellent training tools and great commission structures for meeting leasing goals.

Cons

- Fast-paced environment that can occasionally lead to high-stress days during peak lease-up seasons. - Balancing heavy administrative paperwork with back-to-back resident tours can feel overwhelming at times. - Work-life balance can be challenging with required weekend shifts during the summer.

Pros

* Strong, people-first culture with leaders who genuinely care about employees’ growth and success. * Opportunity to make a real impact. Good ideas are heard, and individuals are empowered to own meaningful work. * Entrepreneurial environment that embraces innovation and is willing to challenge the status quo. * Exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration that accelerates professional development. * Fast-growing company with opportunities for advancement and career progression. * High-performing teams that are passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional experiences. * Pride in saying you work for the best in the industry. * Variety in the work. No two days are the same, and there’s always an opportunity to learn. * Strong focus on client relationships and long-term partnerships rather than just transactions. * Culture encourages accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Cons

This isn’t a company for everyone. The pace is fast, expectations are high, and you’ll be challenged to think beyond the status quo. Success requires being self-motivated, autonomous, and comfortable with accountability rather than needing constant direction. The environment is competitive, but the people who thrive are those who lead through service, put the team before themselves, and embrace continuous growth. If you’re looking for a place to coast or simply maintain, this probably isn’t the right fit.
