Leadership operates with an open door policy and is willing to listen to feedback - it's crazy how fast a great idea can lead to real change. The company is clearly committed to growing the company in a manner that prioritizes it's people and the communities it serves. You feel like your voice matters and that you are welcomed into the collaborative group to help build the Kaizen of tomorrow.

      Cons

      There is room to improve processes and policies so they work at various levels in the organization. They could also prioritize training and development to touch more areas of the company than just front line sales.

      Great culture, great management, first time I have had a job I didn't dread going into everyday.

      Cons

      Pay raises are not as consistent as you would hope. Have to fight for any pay raise.

      Pros

      For the most part this is a one stop shop in IT. So expect to be conducting duties outside Service Desk, which is great as there is a lot of things to learn.

      Cons

      Due to it being a onestop shop there are limited opportunities for growth within the company if any,. Be ready for management to say "Do Better" several times.
