Pros

Not bad to start with

Cons

The manager and management is not acceptable. Very rude and micro managing environment. Doesn't want to listen to the opinions of the employees or care to ask questions only blaming blaming blaming all the time. Not listening to the employee never allowing to finish conversation. Very bad working experience.

Pros

Great culture, great management, first time I have had a job I didn't dread going into everyday.

Cons

Pay raises are not as consistent as you would hope. Have to fight for any pay raise.

Pros

For the most part this is a one stop shop in IT. So expect to be conducting duties outside Service Desk, which is great as there is a lot of things to learn.

Cons

Due to it being a onestop shop there are limited opportunities for growth within the company if any,. Be ready for management to say "Do Better" several times.
