Short staffed and they take a long time to post positions they know will be vacant.

Pros? Nothing. I may have said the pay but I've held better professions which paid more and also other part time profession which paid the same and did 1/4 of the work. Therefore coming from my standpoint nothing. Unfortunately. Maybe the Union people?? My only concern would be how are their efforts for the employees that have been around for years. I guess if your going to really look at any union in terms of support their primary purpose is making certain your getting what you should be in terms of rate in relation to experience. Also in some capacity the proper training. But that could be debatable if your job requires computer access to various programs that facilitate your position but you don't have it get all your logins. You complain but nothing is really done. So now what? See what I mean?

Terrible Management. Terrible H.R this is one company that refuses to be accountable for it's ugly actions. Don't ask why they don't follow up on HIPPA. Or verification of Heath Care Proxy documentation. They'll come up with some crazy phone fabrication that your talking on your phone. Oh you mean IT because I haven't gotten my login after 6 weeks which your well aware of. They look at you asking a question that they know they're not complying by as though your being difficult because your attempting to get to the bottom of why they operate so loosely. I guess a simple phone conversation is sufficient as to who you claim to be, his wife, girlfriend whatever as long as you know about the patients appointment coming from whomever your talking to that you can't verify.( weird,). Furthermore they don't value the Code of Conduct regarding employee privacy of passwords information which by the way they give in writing. They just don't follow it. Manager took it upon herself to go to my desk and mail herself my login and passwords spreadsheet that she insisted I put on my desktop which is very unethical and just frankly weird. From day 1 right until leaving nothing but utter grief from this Organization. The position was to be remote 10-6 however that didn't turn it to be factual even though the schedule keep saying it ( another weird fabrication) and that's what was signed off on in the acceptance. The position was supposed to be Remote 10-6 but instead in the building 8-4 which created alot of heath issues. HVAC began effecting respiratory system. The fact of very little movement perpetrated swelling..the list can go on and on. To put it frankly I wouldn't suggest getting on board with this company. Their not honest and if the company isn't honest regarding how they conduct themselves In regards to their employees what's left? Why would anyone want to work for a company like that. You know why for money. But understand this no one has a behavior of elation being there. Right there just with that alone is enough said. A position should make anyone feel good about themselves not dreadgery. My last day I gave them a medical requesting a minor accoumidation and they let me go. Thats a good day as far as I'm concerned . I care about Integrity, Principles, Support. The Foundations that make any environment a solid one. Good luck in your search. Don't say I didn't suggest what your getting yourself into. 😊
