Pros
Kallidus are keen on development and moving forward, not just for the company but for the employees. I respect the value that is placed on providing excellent customer service and the quality of the products provided. Everyone at Kallidus is at the high end of their field and a good mixture. There is definitely no prejudice or preference shown in the hiring process which shows that the emphasis is on the employee. This creates a great working environment and culture. Kallidus is geared towards the welfare of their employees and this shows this the learning and personal care implemented.
Cons
Sometimes teams can appear to be a little segregated within what they do. It would be good to have more knowledge sharing within various teams. There is an employee benefit scheme but it would be preferred if it was more geared towards dental and eyecare plans.
