Stress free working environment, Very relaxed and friendly Forward looking both in terms of product development and technologies used, for example a recent move in to the world of machine learning. Ability to work on multiple products keeps work varied. Good balance between new product development and BAU. Feel like you are a person rather than just a commodity. Views are listened to and respected. Market salary and a few employee benefits Travelling to the Cirencester office is quick and traffic jam free
Cons
Above average working week (though you are rarely, if ever, expected to work more than the contracted hours). Benefits package is good but can't beat bigger employers with the same type of job. Cirencester building suffers from lack of space including car parking and is old despite attempts to make it more modern feeling. Old style approach to performance management though currently this is not an issue, but has the potential to be. Ability to work from home when needed.
