Pros
The products are good and robust. There isn't anything that their LMS cannot do in respect of effectively managing an organisation's learning and training requirements. All the software products can do much more than just the basics. The learning content team design and produce e-content courses that are second to none and have won many awards. The reporting functionality is very comprehensive, configurable and very customisable. Product development has moved forward in leaps and bounds over the last two years with fantastic improvement to the user experience. The front end design of the products takes paramount importance. Quality and reliability across the whole product suite has always been good but has improved immensely over recent years. The best thing about working for Kallidus is the people. People are dedicated and committed to getting the job done and focused on not only getting it right for the customer, but also for each other. When I started working for Kallidus there were around 20 people and now there is around 100 (including our Bulgarian Development team colleagues). The people are very, very friendly, caring and supportive of each other (and this is not only in relation to work issues but also relation to personal issues when help is needed). There is a flexible prroach to working from home when the need arises.
Cons
As people have already said, the office layout could be better, but best use of the space that is available is probably being made. Also, the overall benefits package needs to be better to compete with industry standards particularly in areas such as a private health care scheme.
