- Ambitious and highly capable founders, who've hired a similarly ambitious and highly capable team - Hard working, driven culture - Debate is encouraged - Mix of in-office and remote - A lot of capital raised - Thoughtful with how money is spent - not doing the "blow a bunch of cash" thing - Market with a lot of opportunity

Cons

- Long hours, a lot of hard work, aggressive deadlines, can be stressful if not ready for it. Typical startup chaos.
