1. Cutting edge. Everything Kalshi does has not been done before. 2. Ownership. If you want to take ownership, Kalshi is the place for you. If you don't, or you can't, move on. 3. Hard workers. I hate working with slackers.

1. Small company, so everyone matters. If you are having an off week, it can impact other people's work.
