A great place to be if you want to help reshape the future of finance Kalshi has one of the most ambitious visions I've seen in any fintech company: fundamentally changing how financial markets work by making event-based trading mainstream. The mission is bold, and you can feel it in the day-to-day energy of the team. The company is scaling quickly, especially as prediction markets gain traction. Major integrations like the one with Robinhood are opening up a ton of new doors, and you can feel the momentum growing by the week. All in all, I highly recommend Kalshi for anyone who wants to work on something genuinely new and meaningful — and who enjoys moving fast, working hard, and building alongside people who are all-in on the mission. The talent density is very real.

The culture here is intense — people care deeply about the work and push themselves hard. It's not a 9-to-5 environment, and it’s definitely not for everyone. But if you thrive in high-ownership, high-velocity environments, it’s incredibly rewarding.
