      Pros

      I work for dedicated services through Kam-Way and must say this is the best trucking company I have ever worked for. I have a "Lane" so to speak ...Los Angeles to Blaine Wa and back to Los Angeles (home) from Tuesday to Saturday. And stay home sundays and mondays. I started out at a pretty good cpm with them and continue to haul produce with this outfit .

      Cons

      Haven't received a raise since I've been here (17 months) and there is no 401k as of yet. Higher detention could be paid out also

      Pros

      Pay was pretty good, like most of the industry it varies by loads run. Never had a problem with home time or time off needed. Equipment was fairly new(with in 3-4 yrs) and the shop did an excellent job keeping the trucks moving.

      Cons

      Like most companies, the communication was a problem. "Need to know" didn't seem to apply to the people that needed to know. Most of the DMs seemed to have problems talking to each other for the last 6 mths to a year I was there. Ended my time there after having 7 DMs in 6 months.

      Company offers good benefits that includes Medical and PTO.

      Cons

      Too much politics at Management level.
