      Pros

      For the first time in my career, I finally feel like I have found my Home as a professional truck driver. I would tell any driver considering Kam-Way to please take a deep look at our company and you will see why I love my Job.

      We drive a lot of miles out on the road.

      Pros

      Pay was pretty good, like most of the industry it varies by loads run. Never had a problem with home time or time off needed. Equipment was fairly new(with in 3-4 yrs) and the shop did an excellent job keeping the trucks moving.

      Cons

      Like most companies, the communication was a problem. "Need to know" didn't seem to apply to the people that needed to know. Most of the DMs seemed to have problems talking to each other for the last 6 mths to a year I was there. Ended my time there after having 7 DMs in 6 months.

      Company offers good benefits that includes Medical and PTO.

      Too much politics at Management level.
