This is a dying company. They will likely stop shipping product next year. The quality problems with their primary customer, the government, are too numerous to recount here - they've been sued for knowingly putting substandard parts in products, numerously failed acceptance testing and have no viable quality control. The management team is the third group in 5 years who have been ineffective cleaning this mess up. The government has lots of places to procure these parts from, Kaman never wins new business. In a good economy this place would have emptied out and closed by now. It's sad to see people trapped on this sinking ship.
