Advancement and growth opportunities always given. The pay and benefits were actually pretty great . Gained a ton of useful knowledge.

Cons

poor management treated people like they were idiots. Talked down to them. Say one thing but go and do another.

Pros

Worked at Kamco for couple years. Comfortable and friendly environment to work with. Work load are not heavy, everyone is relaxed. If you ask people questions they will try to help you out. There are two long vacation at summer and one in end of the year which was pretty impressive, in addition to multiple weeks of with paid vacation.

Cons

The location is not close to the city and was long drive everyday.
