There is not much to complain about, but since you asked Much of leadership remains stuck in deeply conservative mindset Not a comfortable place for progressive thinking Lack of diversity: they will tell you they are all about diversity (what they forget to add out loud - most of the time- is they are inclusive as long as you can fit in the cookie cutter)
