Pros

Generous PTO. Work from home. Good starting salary for someone just out of college. Good company to have on resume. Not having a hard time gaining interviews Casual dress code

Cons

Management doesn't really take suggestions or listen to what employees tell them. Everything seems to fall on deaf ears. Team members are expected to pick up the slack of lesser team members. Like a sweatshop of churning out tasks. Raises very far and few in between. Promotions as well. Management is lackluster and disoragnized. Disorganized team, poor office morale. VP has no clue. Very understaffed. Office is trying to expand but everyone keeps leaving so there is not a lot of expansion. Very cliquey environment. Not much room for growth in this specific role. No one seems to care about office atmosphere as long as tasks are being churned out. Company would rather hire new people with no level of training than give raises and promotions to hard workers as an incentive. Managers give a BS speech about how pay is based off the national/regional average and the company gives us higher than average salary which is a blatant lie. Management doesn't seem to have employees backs. They do not fight for employees to have raises or promotions. They claim it is out of their hands which seems like some political BS. Often expected to take on more and more work at a harder level while not being promoted or given a raise. There is a village idiot running amok through the office who is disruptive and rude. The fact that this person works here is insulting to the rest of the employees and management has no addressed it. Office lacks transparency.

Pros

None. Literally none. Amazing that I cannot think of a single thing. I’m staying because the job market is awful otherwise I am out of here.

Cons

- carousel of management. Changing every several months - constant reorganization, hired for a role you want then moved to a role without input as a part of a reorganization - employees of set up to fail - management is suspect in their talent and ability to build a culture worth having - trying to “scale” products without a client first mentality - profits over people - legacy remote work allows people to skate by without actually doing work - history of hiring suspect CEOs because of nepotism - people get paid obscene amounts for doing little work. And if they do work, it is so awful.
