Pros
It is a good place to start coming out of college as a first career. Let out early for holiday weekends. Challenging in the fact that you never do the same process because the policies/regulations and company's directions change every month it seems. Diversity.
Cons
Completely unprofessional work environment. No accountability for lazy, poor attitudes of employees. Easy to sit back and surf the web all day with no repercussions. (I never did that) Little respect exists between management and "in the field" employees. Direction of company shifts constantly The students you work with are totally unfit to be attending school in most situations. Disheartening because if the student doesn't care, how can you? Management and entry-level positions are riddled with non-college educated people. No chemistry exists between co-workers. Seems to be no continuity between one manager's interpretation of the regulations versus another's interpretation. Leave work feeling unsatisfied and irritated due to all of the above.
