      Pros

      Pays slightly better than other schools.

      Cons

      It doesn't matter how much experience you have or how good a teacher you are, if you don't get at least 4.7 out of 5 on evaluations then you will not be teaching classes with any consistency. You will be phased out.

      Good remote environment while not having a lot of micromanagement.

      Cons

      It's very hard to advance. Promotions seem very hand picked instead of basing them on merits.
