      Flexible Paid Time Off, active engagement, room for growth but laughable raises.

      Cons

      Favortism, doesn't seem to care about students best interest, 25 cents is a joke for going from a standard agent to a Senior Agent.

      Good remote environment while not having a lot of micromanagement.

      Cons

      It's very hard to advance. Promotions seem very hand picked instead of basing them on merits.
