      Flexible hours, only take on as many students/classes as you want, no quota

      Cons

      Not always enough students to go around, raises often based on one or two class reviews out of 16 kids.

      Good remote environment while not having a lot of micromanagement.

      It's very hard to advance. Promotions seem very hand picked instead of basing them on merits.
