Pros
Good colleagues and pleasant location and clients. Money was industry standard and generally staff and students were quite well-treated. Above average English language school.
Cons
When the going got tough management didn't consult and poor, short-sighted decisions were made. Some of the best people were cut loose, others went of their own accord. The current state of play reflects this.
