Terrible Work Environment - Anonymous employee Kaplan Employee Review

Abusive work environment, poor pay with pay-cuts constant, can't keep up with workload, management hounds while decreasing pay, supposed "open-door" policy yet try to ask them about their pay cuts and policies effecting workers and students and it slams shut. Terrible to work here- extreme stress, pulled in many directions which makes it feel as though you cannot get anything done.
