Pros
Management is easy to work with, and flexible with balancing work/home life. Encourages you to ask questions and think outside of the box for solutions to challenges. They have a really fun program that allows all employees to recognize others for a job well done.
Cons
Communication with/from corporate office does not come across as cohesive.
