      Cons

      Money focused -- couldn't care less about employee work-life balance. $$$ is the driving factor in all decisions.

      Good remote environment while not having a lot of micromanagement.

      Cons

      It's very hard to advance. Promotions seem very hand picked instead of basing them on merits.
