      You are trained to be an expert SAT teacher. Materials are top notch and you really are helping kids.

      Cons

      Once you're good, you're way underpaid for what they make from your skill.

      Good remote environment while not having a lot of micromanagement.

      It's very hard to advance. Promotions seem very hand picked instead of basing them on merits.
