Pros
The people are the best reason to work here - just about everyone you meet is passionate and dedicated, smart and fun to be around. People are also very mission-driven, because the work culture is very focused on getting great results for students/customers. Part-time positions tend to be very flexible in number of hours and depth of commitment, so its easy to scale up or down depending on what else you're doing.
Cons
Ongoing training and development used to be a problem, but that's changed a lot recently. For some full-time positions, it can be hard to leave work at work - there's always something more to be done. If you're looking for "just a paycheck," this probably isn't it.
