      Pros

      Kard is a team team of really bright and entrepreneurial people, all working in the same direction. People across all departments are always willing to jump in and help you learn and solve problems Kard is also working on a really big opportunity, helping today's card issuers build loyalty with their customers in an increasingly competitive environment.

      Cons

      It is a tough and competitive market that we're working in, so the demands from customers are really high. You always need to be at the top of your game and we need to move fast in order to keep our customers happy. It's not a situation that everyone will necessarily thrive in, but if you like a fast-paced culture that demands the most of you, Kard's a great fit!

      Pros

      Overall, I can tell that everyone one the team really cares, works hard, and is incredibly smart. The work-life balance is some of the best I have ever had, and the compensation is more than competitive. I really enjoy the remote structure we have, and the offsites have been a blast. The last thing I will say is that there is a ton of transparency throughout the org, which can be very rare at start-ups and I have really appreciated that.

      The remote structure took some adjusting to, but I have really settled into that, and the offsites help make up for in-person time.

      Employees are paid very nicely. My direct manager was incredible.

      Cons

      Employees either stay a long time or are laid off after a short period of time.
