Pros
Overall, I can tell that everyone one the team really cares, works hard, and is incredibly smart.
The work-life balance is some of the best I have ever had, and the compensation is more than competitive.
I really enjoy the remote structure we have, and the offsites have been a blast.
The last thing I will say is that there is a ton of transparency throughout the org, which can be very rare at start-ups and I have really appreciated that.
