Pros

Strong team connections & internal employee assistance programs

Cons

Toxic positivity seems to be a common theme. Nothing wrong with change in the workplace however there have been so many hasty changes over the last few years employees have whiplash. Too much change and is a sign of poor leadership. They claim to put clients first however there have been so many decisions that have negatively affected clients and they continue to happen letting the employees deal with the backlash. New sales seem to be the only thing that matter to the CEO and CGO however that isn't even happening. Leadership is trying to force a culture that no longer exists but they don't follow the values themselves. If you don't agree with the CGO expect to be on the next PIP or RIF. So much wasted expense its not even funny.

Dear Spartan, Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences during your time with us. We appreciate your feedback, both positive and constructive, as it helps us strive for continuous improvement. We are pleased to hear that you found value in our strong team connections and internal employee assistance programs. Building a supportive and connected team is something we take pride in. However, we are genuinely concerned about the issues you raised regarding the frequent changes and their impact on both Spartans and clients. We acknowledge that rapid changes can be overwhelming and may lead to feelings of instability. We are committed to reviewing our change management processes to ensure that they are more measured and considerate of our team’s well-being. Your comments about the perceived disconnect between our stated values and the actions of our leadership are taken very seriously. It is crucial for us to align our actions with our values, and we regret if this has not been your experience. We will use your feedback to reflect on how we can better embody our Patch Values at all levels of leadership. We also understand the importance of putting our clients first and regret any decisions that have negatively impacted them. Our goal is to support both our clients and our Spartans effectively, and we will work towards making improvements in this area. Regarding your concerns about our approach to sales and leadership culture, we recognize the need for a balanced focus on growth and maintaining a positive, authentic work environment. We are committed to fostering a culture where all Spartans feel valued and heard, and where differing opinions are respected. We appreciate your candor and would welcome any additional insights you might have. If you are open to it, we would be grateful for the opportunity to discuss your experiences further and explore ways we can improve. Thank you once again for your feedback and for the time you spent with us. Best regards, Megan Gentry Director of People Operations megan.gentry@kasasa.com 512-349-4377

Dear Spartan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for the many years you spent with Kasasa. We’re glad to hear you experienced strong coworker relationships and a fun culture during your time here. We’re also sorry to hear that your experience with leadership, management support, and compensation did not meet expectations. Feedback like this is difficult to read, but it is important. We take concerns about leadership effectiveness, fairness, and employee experience seriously, and we know those areas have a direct impact on trust in the workplace. While we can’t speak to individual experiences in a public forum, we are committed to listening, learning, and improving. If you’re open to it, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect with you directly to better understand your experience. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and wish you the best in what’s next.
