Pros

The people. The colleagues I worked with were amazing, forming special relationships that extended outside of the office. The camaraderie and team spirit among employees were second to none.

Cons

Toxic Workplace: The environment has become increasingly toxic, with high levels of stress and anxiety permeating the office. Fake Culture: The company promotes a culture that it doesn’t truly practice. There’s a lot of talk about values and mission, but little genuine adherence to them. Fear of Job Uncertainty and Constant Layoffs: Job security is a major concern, with frequent layoffs creating a pervasive sense of fear among employees. Numerous Fire Drills: There’s a constant state of emergency with numerous last-minute tasks and projects, leading to chaotic and inefficient workflows. Incompetent Leadership: The leadership team lacks direction and competency, often making poor decisions that negatively impact the company and its employees. Wasteful Spending: Resources are often squandered on initiatives that don’t bring value to the company or its clients. Unhappy Clients: Client satisfaction has plummeted, with many expressing frustration and dissatisfaction with the services provided. Half-Baked Products: Products are often launched without being fully developed, leading to numerous issues and complaints. Work-Load: The workload is overwhelming, with employees frequently being asked to take on more than is reasonable.

Dear Spartan, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that the camaraderie and team spirit among colleagues were highlights during your time here. Fostering meaningful relationships within our team is something we value deeply, and we appreciate hearing that this was a positive part of your Kasasa experience. We recognize that some of the areas you mentioned—including maintaining a consistent company culture, supporting our team’s workload, and ensuring job security—are critical for fostering a supportive and thriving workplace. We’re actively working on initiatives to address these concerns. Dear Spartan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for the many years you spent with Kasasa. We’re glad to hear you experienced strong coworker relationships and a fun culture during your time here. We’re also sorry to hear that your experience with leadership, management support, and compensation did not meet expectations. Feedback like this is difficult to read, but it is important. We take concerns about leadership effectiveness, fairness, and employee experience seriously, and we know those areas have a direct impact on trust in the workplace. While we can’t speak to individual experiences in a public forum, we are committed to listening, learning, and improving. If you’re open to it, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect with you directly to better understand your experience. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and wish you the best in what’s next.
