Pros
With twelve years working for and with Kasasa, I've seen many challenges, changes and know most of the executive team pretty well. I know they all have not only the company needs, but also the employees needs at heart. Some Pros about working with Kasasa: 1) The Culture - amazing! We work hard, but also have great team building and fun activities, such as "Beer:30" and tournaments. We have "BarCamps" that are employee run and cover Community Service, Fitness, Humane/Pet societies, and more. Our Love Fund is a company matching fund that provides funds for employee emergencies or needs. 2) Our employees age mostly in the 20-40 age range, so help those of us older keep young and up-to-date. 3) Our Patch Values: 5 Star Leadership, Interdependence, Love and the Flames of Badassitude. These value are with all of us as we work, play, interactive with each other, and are from the top down. 4) Every employee is given YouEarnIt points to use when another employee does something amazing, or just considerate. Spend as you wish on others. I love being able to share points with someone for going a little out of their way to help out or to make your job easier. 5) Town Halls and SOPs (Symposium of Peers) - are designed to ensure all employees are made aware of key decisions, events and even what other teams/departments are working on...Communication is a continuous concern and management does a good job trying to keep all 325+ employees up-to-date. 6) Food. End of Month free breakfast and lunch. Snack bar with free food. Special events such as Thanksgiving potlucks or "just because" meals. 7) Part of all evaluations is ensuring the employee is on a development path - and Managers are tasked with helping and guiding the employees to achieve their goals. I'm sure I could think of many other Pros - but need to get back to work!
Cons
If you don't want to work hard and give Kasasa your all plus... don't bother applying.
