Pros
The organization is fast paced. The team in Bengaluru is growing at a tremendous pace from a 5 member team in May 2015 to 35 member team this year. It is only growing and you can expect a lot more fun, lot more aggression on the sales floor. The perks are tremendous. Apart from the good commission structure, the VP's monthly spiffs are crazy. Ton on money to be made. We work hard and party harder!
Cons
The work pressure can be high as well not because of the targets but because of the competition! Expect to be in the middle of a aggressive sales floor. There would be water cooler conversations like every organization. If you can manage the concentrate on the positive energy on the floor and hit the targets, you would be appreciated.
