Honestly, if you come in with a good attitude, the people and environment is amazing. I have the most fun working here than I have anywhere else. Fun Environment Great people to work with Pay is ok (Better elsewhere, but not THAT bad at Kaseya)
Cons
Large disconnect between executive’s objectives and everyone else’s Better pay to be found elsewhere Job Security Job Security Job Security Job Security And Job Security Even after receiving promotions, you could be let go at any moment. In my tenure at Kaseya, I know of at least 3 people at Kaseya that were promoted for being good at their job, only to be let go less than 90 days after. Your job is NEVER safe at Kaseya.
