      Pros

      The opportunities for growth here are tremendous with the vision our CEO has. It's refreshing to work somewhere where everyone "gets it" and wants to succeed both for our personal development and for the success or our customers.

      Cons

      While every company has room for improvement I truly cant think of any cons right now.
