      Pros

      I’m happy with the benefits we have. PTO, health insurance, and 401k. They may not be the greatest if you have a lot of industry experience, but if this is one of your first jobs like it is for me, then the benefits are perfect. I hear people complain about this and that, but the benefits are rarely mentioned.

      Cons

      I haven’t been here all that long so I don’t have anything to complain about.
