I’ve worked at four different companies and Kaseya has by far the best culture, office atmosphere, and leadership. I constantly feel supported by my manager, VP, and Executives. Don’t get me wrong, being an Account Manager at Kaseya is not “easy” but once you get up and running, this job PAYS OFF BIG TIME! The money is very fair for what’s expected of you as an Account Manager at Kaseya. The fact that compensation/bonuses are paid our EVERY MONTH makes this a very exciting and lucrative place to sell. Kaseya’s clients are incredibly loyal and always looking to add more of our 27 different software offerings. I never feel like clients are avoiding me or annoyed by my calls. Kaseya gives you everything you need to be successful in this job. You need to have a positive attitude and be able to adjust your perspective as you go. Once you allow yourself to fully commit and invest yourself in this job, the payoff is astronomical! If you have a negative attitude, you’ll have a negative experience no matter where you work.
Cons
Like any job, you get out of it what you put into it. Any negative experiences people are writing about on this site are guaranteed to be from Account Managers who did not pay attention or invest time into the initial onboarding and training, cannot motivate themselves to work in a fast-paced, hardcore sales environment, and probably lied about their drive while interviewing. Kaseya is an awesome place to both grow as a professional and propel your career! Come in every day with a positive and ambitious attitude and you’ll be successful here!
