      This company knows how to look after its employees and serve its customers. When Covid hit we did not lay off a single employee We turned our resources (financial and legal) towards our customers to help them navigate through the pandemic. Salaries are competitive, promotion prospects are the highest I've seen

      Cons

      This is a company fuelled by innovation and collaboration - we work from the offices (and they are amazing places). There is no work-from-home policy
