Pros
If you live in Miami and go to the office, you will gain immense preferential treatment from day one. If you're in sales and can read at a fifth-grade level, you'll probably make a lot of money. All other departments...avoid at all costs.
Cons
Joining Kaseya felt like travelling into the past 10 years. The capabilities of the IT and Security departments are shockingly underprepared for the level of scale Kaseya leadership is pushing for. Through direct layoffs, poor retention, and terrible planning/organization around technology transitions, Kaseya lost a wealth of excellence that could've been leveraged to support these IT/Security initiatives holistically and grow some truly stellar talent. Instead, many of those people were overshadowed by inferior, Kaseya candidates before they were able to prove their metal due to local favoritism. Kaseya's leadership is not suited to run a global, tech organization at scale and should not be trusted.
