Micromanagement, poor leadership, blatant lies regarding opportunities, raises and so on. Poor benefits and overall compensation. They are buying up market share and contracts, they don't care about their products or whether they work or not. This is a sales company, not a technology company. Doesn't care about inclusion, makes decisions on feelings and "who you know" instead of facts. Glorifies long working hours, including by hanging propaganda all over their offices about "winners working harder". I could really keep going but I think this gets the point across.
