      Pros

      honestly cannot think of any except the legacy Datto folks I got to work with before everyone quit or was laid off because the company is so mismanaged

      Cons

      zero respect for diversity, equity, inclusion or really humans in general

      easy to make money if you don't mind dealing with politics and are likable

      office politic heavy, if you're not liked or make an impression - you may never make money.
