Pros

The checks arrived on time.

Cons

Stress is not worth the pay. They claim to be customer-centric but certain issues never get addressed by executives. They want you to dial your customers every day, which is overkill, but the executives are so disconnected and obsessed with their number that they aren't willing to take any feedback or change their sales strategy. It's unreal how they bought the naming rights to the Heat arena just to lay off 300+ employees not long after.
