Pros

-Opportunity to work with great cross functional teams -Very fast paced environment working on challenging product -Company looks great on resume -Great employee discount. Also get to take home samples that the team no longer needs for reference

Cons

-Senior leadership has very high turnover, meaning that the direction for the company constantly shifts -Yearly salary increases are minimal (1-3%). Bonuses are often not large either. The company may reward you in vested stock if they like you but the vesting period is 2+ years. If you leave the company you don't get to keep the stock -No room for career growth because people don't leave the company and there has been a halt on promotions for the past 2 years -When creating the process operations calendar, people often ignore the fact that Mondays and Fridays are work from home days, meaning that the teams are often in office 4-5 days a week instead of 3 days a week -Everything is always a priority -Teams are always looking for another team to blame. There is hardly any accountability

Pros

I love that company offers wellness days and other benefits to focus on your mental health. I also like how there’s more training outlets for leadership and stylist.

Cons

The only con I would say is having an extra layer up for mental health insurance for stylist

Pros

Majority of cross-functional team members are great to work with, toxic behavior is rarely tolerated.

Cons

Back to back deadlines No time for vacations (deadlines also consistently shift, making it difficult to pre-plan vacations that aren't a 3 day weekend) No growth/promotions (even when you've been handling tasks that were your boss's job for 4 years) Underpaid and overworked
