Pros

Really liked my fellow coworkers

Cons

I was not paid enough for the amount of work and effort I have to do. There’s new training everyday. All I ever heard was how badly the company is doing and they made it seem like I was the one to save it. There’s so much pressure to do well and then no reward. A simple good job is just not enough. They talk about mental health being important but there is barely any support. The whole store is stressed but has no one to talk to about because the store manager is never around.

Pros

I love that company offers wellness days and other benefits to focus on your mental health. I also like how there’s more training outlets for leadership and stylist.

Cons

The only con I would say is having an extra layer up for mental health insurance for stylist

Pros

Majority of cross-functional team members are great to work with, toxic behavior is rarely tolerated.

Cons

Back to back deadlines No time for vacations (deadlines also consistently shift, making it difficult to pre-plan vacations that aren't a 3 day weekend) No growth/promotions (even when you've been handling tasks that were your boss's job for 4 years) Underpaid and overworked
