Many things should have been reported to LP but they weren’t (ie. selling employee purchases, random discounts to customers, stashing change/money in a drawer when there’s overage in the register, associate friends with manager’s family). Great place to work if you like snobs. Very judgmental environment. No room to grow. Monthly TB that are worthless, which are meant to pick you apart. Can’t go to upper management about concerns or questions. Absolutely no life outside of work. You’ll mainly close the days that you work since upper management will only open and refuses to work on Sundays.
