Pros

1. There is strong branding, so you have a good sense of the company aesthetic and point of view. 2. It's a growing company, one of Liz Claiborne's only successes at the moment. 3. Many good employees

Cons

1. It feels very, very corporate because it's owned by Liz Claiborne. Not the Kate Spade from 10 years ago - Kate herself doesn't even have anything to do with the company anymore which many people don't realize. 2. Feels hard to move up unless you put in a LOT of time, and even then the promotions I saw weren't huge. 3. Strong branding can be a negative if you don't live and breathe ks. You have to totally get behind the "schtick." 4. Some very bad seeds employee-wise too, which can cancel out the good ones. 5. Poor pay

Pros

I love that company offers wellness days and other benefits to focus on your mental health. I also like how there’s more training outlets for leadership and stylist.

Cons

The only con I would say is having an extra layer up for mental health insurance for stylist

Pros

Majority of cross-functional team members are great to work with, toxic behavior is rarely tolerated.

Cons

Back to back deadlines No time for vacations (deadlines also consistently shift, making it difficult to pre-plan vacations that aren't a 3 day weekend) No growth/promotions (even when you've been handling tasks that were your boss's job for 4 years) Underpaid and overworked
