Pros

Safe environment. You get time off, you are allowed to leave after six (but you will not). Unlimited sick days.

Cons

My perspective is from the creative services team. This team was wildly mistreated by upper management. The team struggled through with loads of work, while other teams (buying, merch, store ops) were handed new head counts every quarter. It was extremely frustrating. It was sad to also see all of the people from Andy and Kate days jump ship. Sadly, the creative has in the recent year or so fallen extremely flat. The product stays novelty and colorful. The company has yet to decided if it is going to be a lifestyle brand, or really force its way into the fashion game. Neither have been greatly successful. (Try launching "bridal" with no gowns... Or sprucing up "black nylon bag displays" in the store...when merch refuses to buy any in color) The constant flex between creative and the numbers people is at every company. However, no one was protecting creative at KSNY. I was held at a lower position/title for scale range with no one above me within 3 tiers. So I was doing all of that work as well. Meetings with Craig did nothing. He bolstered the business teams. This is not a high fashion/ luxury brand. So, huge mistakes are made and no one has to take responsibility for the mistakes. That , in turn breeds a very lackadaisical work environment.

Pros

I love that company offers wellness days and other benefits to focus on your mental health. I also like how there’s more training outlets for leadership and stylist.

Cons

The only con I would say is having an extra layer up for mental health insurance for stylist

Pros

Majority of cross-functional team members are great to work with, toxic behavior is rarely tolerated.

Cons

Back to back deadlines No time for vacations (deadlines also consistently shift, making it difficult to pre-plan vacations that aren't a 3 day weekend) No growth/promotions (even when you've been handling tasks that were your boss's job for 4 years) Underpaid and overworked
